Mixed Media Workshop at the Art Lounge!

Celebrate the beauty of botanicals and berries in this joyful mixed media art clas.! We’ll begin with warm-up exercises and a guided introduction to our tools, then move into lessons on creating loose, expressive shapes and pattern-based compositions. This class is perfect for making your own greeting cards, designing one-of-a-kind stationery, or experimenting with patterns that can grow into larger works.

We will explore a wide range of water based mixed media materials, including Caran d’Ache Neocolor water crayons, gouache, water pastels, watercolor pencils, metallics, and watercolor markers, to build layers, textures, and pattern effects.

Each participant will leave with a custom Alaskan berry–inspired watercolor palette and swatch card, featuring high-end Daniel Smith and QoR watercolors, to continue exploring at home.
